Planning for Front Cover
The first image is the front cover. The image is of a person who is playing the guitar and looking directly at the camera. He is put against a brick wall and is wearing skinny jeans, and has long hair. The guitar relates to the indie-rock genre.
Shot plans for Contents
These are my plans for the contents page of the magazine. There are two plans for the pictures on the contetnts page.
The first picture is mainly a picture of the editor for the contents which will include a editors letter on the page that talks to the audience about the genre and the articles in the magazine. The picture is mainly a male model with a close up shot and the plain background helps focus on the model in the picture. Also, the model looks directly at the camera as if he is looking at the reader. However, I changed the model to a female model in the actual picture.
The other picture that is used in the contents page is a picture of a person playing the guitar. The picture is of a male model standing a gainst a brick wall playing a guitar and the model is looking at the camera while playing the camera. The person would have long hair, and mainly wears stereotyped rock genre clothes i.e. skinny jeans. Also, the guitar will refer back to the indie rock genre which fits with genre of the magazine.
Shot Plans for DPS
The shot plan for the DPS is that there will be three band members stood in a diagonal line with the lead singer at the front of the group with the main light on the lead singer. The light will be darker on the other band members to show that he is the main member of the band. The memebers of the band will all look at the camera in the picture.
